Refund policy

Eunoia Copenhagen is operated by ALFI-Home ApS. We offer a voluntary 30-day return period beginning on the date your order is delivered. This voluntary policy is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Requesting a return

Contact support@eunoiacopenhagen.com within the applicable return period and include your order number and reason for return. After the request is reviewed, customer support will confirm the correct return address and instructions for that order.

Do not send a parcel to our legal business address, or to an address used for another return, unless customer support expressly confirms it for your current return. Parcels sent without notice or to an unconfirmed address might not be received or identifiable. Requiring return instructions is an administrative step and does not limit a statutory right of withdrawal once the customer has provided timely, unambiguous notice.

Return condition

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with their original tags and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Customers may handle goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. A deduction may apply where legally permitted if handling has reduced the item's value.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage when this was disclosed before purchase. Eunoia Copenhagen will provide an appropriate remedy for incorrect, damaged, defective or otherwise non-conforming goods in accordance with applicable consumer law.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions. No reason is required. Send an unambiguous withdrawal notice to support@eunoiacopenhagen.com before the deadline. Where the statutory right applies, we will reimburse the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, using the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, as permitted by law.

Refund timing

For voluntary returns outside a mandatory withdrawal period, we will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Exchanges and optional resolutions

Exchanges, free replacements and partial refunds without a return may be offered at our discretion as customer-service solutions. These optional resolutions do not remove mandatory legal rights.
