These Terms of Service apply to eunoiacopenhagen.com, operated by ALFI-Home ApS trading as Eunoia Copenhagen. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Store use
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, scrape the store in a manner that harms its operation, or use the store to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Product information
We aim to describe products, materials, measurements, colors and images accurately. Displays and lighting can affect how colors appear. Product availability, descriptions and pricing may be corrected when an evident error is discovered, subject to applicable law. Please review product measurements and option selections before ordering.
Prices, currencies and charges
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or determined for the customer's market. Market-specific pricing may differ. Taxes, delivery charges and other applicable amounts collected by us are shown before payment. A compare-at price is shown only as a price comparison and does not change the final price presented at checkout.
Orders and payment

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for genuine reasons including unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure or an evident pricing error, subject to applicable law. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded. Payment information is processed by authorized payment providers.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, withdrawal, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The store's branding, layout, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to ALFI-Home ApS and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except where law permits.

The store may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for an independent third party's website or conduct, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from store use. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer protection.
