SHIPPING CHARGES, TAXES AND DUTIES
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping applies only when the storefront or checkout expressly states that the order qualifies.
Applicable taxes, duties or import charges collected by Eunoia Copenhagen are shown at checkout. Any amount not collected at checkout may be payable to local authorities or the carrier where permitted by law.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
You can track your order through our Order Tracking page. Contact us if the tracking information has not updated for an unusual period or if a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
